I just wanted to tell you that whoever did the quote for us and found us an option that looks very similar and at a lower cost, without our asking for it, is awesome! There is a huge difference in price and we can present that to our clients when they come in on Wednesday. Thanks for having an awesome team!!

I just wanted to thank you all for your time with my countertops for the kitchen and bathrooms. They look great and the time you took to with us to really make sure that they were the right ones for our home was very much appreciated. The person who measured took his time to make sure that he got everything right and worked for well with the contractor. The installation went smoothly and the countertops looked great. The communication, the service, the pricing, everything was excellent. Our contractor was so impressed that he will refer his next customers to you. Again, thanks so very much.

It has been a very pleasurable experience working with the Proline team from the outset.
Liz is who we met with numerous times to gain info and help with our selections. She also was who we worked with when it came time to determine the counter layouts from our two slabs. She was patient and provided very helpful guidance. She was also a bit of a cheerleader when we were a bit tentative - all very helpful.
The young man that helped with the layout review Thierry, was also great and did a nice job of helping us with his computer renderings of the layouts and seeing various options.
Carlos was great with the templating - explaining each step that we both found very interesting. He also offered some nice guidance as well. Of note, Carlos had a really nice sense of humor!
Finally, Marcos and Henrique, the installers were both very good. They answered a million questions of ours and were fine with us watching over their shoulders so we could see how the work was done. They were also very focused which we appreciated. There was an issue with one countertop - a corner was square instead of rounded like all the rest. Henrique rounded the corner to make it like the others - it took three try’s before I was satisfied, and he was patient the whole time.
Everyone was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I am incredibly impressed with Andre and how professional he was at install. He kept calm and professional the entire time; top notch installer, can't get any better than how he did his job. I would happily recommend you to everyone.

Ashley has helped us every step of the way. I am clueless when it comes to countertops and she was very patient and explained everything step by step. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Can't wait to see everything come together! Thank you for making this process easy and smooth!

Ashley, working with you all was a breeze! You made it so easy and I'm still in shock at how quick and easy it all was. I wish I had done this years ago, but I always figured it was too expensive and a hassle. But now I know better! Thank you all for helping us bring our dream kitchen to life!

We had new quartz countertops installed yesterday by Proline. The two gentlemen who did the installation were very professional. They were pleasant, neat, friendly and more than willing to answer our questions about maintenance.
Our countertops are beautiful. We would absolutely recommend Proline services to others.

I can't say enough about Carlos. He was professional, helpful, very personable and even found two mistakes on the install that could've been a situation at install...that is so appreciated. Please tell Carlos thank you for me!!! Customer service means a lot!!!
