Ashley, working with you all was a breeze! You made it so easy and I'm still in shock at how quick and easy it all was. I wish I had done this years ago, but I always figured it was too expensive and a hassle. But now I know better! Thank you all for helping us bring our dream kitchen to life!

We had new quartz countertops installed yesterday by Proline. The two gentlemen who did the installation were very professional. They were pleasant, neat, friendly and more than willing to answer our questions about maintenance.
Our countertops are beautiful. We would absolutely recommend Proline services to others.

I can't say enough about Carlos. He was professional, helpful, very personable and even found two mistakes on the install that could've been a situation at install...that is so appreciated. Please tell Carlos thank you for me!!! Customer service means a lot!!!

Would like to thank you for all that you did for us looking for countertops. We were very pleased with you and your knowledge of granite which put our minds at ease. This whole process was very difficult for my husband as he was very used to doing everything himself. When it came to searching for granite you made it very easy for us. The supplier in Westboro was very helpful. When it came to the men to measure and install, we could not have asked for better service, professionalism and courtesy. This whole experience was wonderful. We love our countertops, and we are glad that we were able to do business with Proline. Thank you again for a great experience.

We had a meeting yesterday to pick out countertops. This kitchen redesign has been delayed a few times and has become very stressful for me since we are hosting Thanksgiving. I had a mini meltdown at your site and our consultant, Liz, was absolutely wonderful, very patient and helpful. I know people don't often take the time to give positive feedback and here it was very warranted! Thanks so much!

You girls have gone above and beyond for us! I am sure you will be so happy that I won’t be calling and bothering you ladies. I service about 70 to 90 families a year, and my husband with his two businesses, we will be recommending you for excellent work and you wonderful girls who helped me make my new home so beautiful. This is the second time you have helped us with our projects. My wife is like who are these people? They are so nice. Lol. We are very grateful to be working with you both. Ashley was great to work with the whole way through. Again, she was nice and professional, so this tells me that she is always like this with everyone. She also followed up with the care and maintenance. Then came the template, Carlos was on time and very nice and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing. He also offered ideas to my wife and I which was nice to see. Then came the fabrication which was done to perfection. I realize you have equipment to do this but it should not be taken for granted. Then came the install, Andre and Junior came to install. They were both great. They were respectful, courteous, and you could tell they do the same in every home. To sum it up, you have a fantastic crew which is sometimes hard to find in this day and age. Going through a kitchen remodel is stressful enough but you made this one easier. As a matter of fact, the countertop was the only part that went smoothly. My wife and I not only had a great experience, but we appreciate a company that is nice to work with and cares about doing a great job! Friends and family are coming over and they just can’t believe the look of the countertop but then they notice what it took to get it to fit. Then we tell them Proline fabricated and installed it. We will be telling everyone what a great job you did. I can see why you are growing. Please thank Joe as well. We appreciate you both!

You're the best. Thank you very much. You guys have been awesome. It's been a nightmare trying to get kitchen counters done. We went to three different shops in our area, run around after runaround, then got Mike's information and BINGO BANGO! I will be sure to share how good you guys are to everyone. I am in law enforcement and have a ton of friends and family.
